Welcome,

I'm originally from Washington State, and have been practicing privately since 2015.

My primary areas of focus include:  clincal social work, behavioral therapy, PTSD/trauma/survivors of traumatic experiences and abuse, communication, depression, anxiety, addiction.

My therapeutic approach is primarily a melding of behavioral therapies (like MI, CBT, DBT) to help clients make progress towards their goals.

I always try to provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment and strive to be fair, reasonable, understanding, empathetic, and transparent.

 Thanks for visiting.

Specialties

Clinical Social Work

As a graduate of the University of Washington, School of Social Work, Master of Social Work program (MSW) and having completed Washington State requirements & holding a license (LSWAIC), enables me to provide clinical social work services, which are; counseling, evaluation, intervention, and case management services to those who are suffering mental, social, familial and/or medical issues. In addition to taking their client’s psychological and emotional states into account, part of what makes social work unique is that clincal social workers also examine the social and environmental factors impacting the client’s life.
